It's not in wily anymore, don't know about older releases, but if it's
not fixed in vivid yet, it will be fixed soon, as the build system
automatically updates the list.

  /usr/share/python-apt/templates/Debian.mirrors maintains a list of
  mirrors; at least one mirror no longer mirrors software. Please remove
  mirror.anl.gov from this file: http://mirror.anl.gov/pub/ubuntu-
  iso/DVDs/ubuntu/
