I also tested on a Nexus 7 and I’m seeing the spinning cube, so the
issue is specific to the BQ device.

Bug description:
  The webbrowser of the BQ Aquaris E4.5 Ubuntu Edition has limited webgl
  support. It says webgl supported but I can't see the spinning cube
  from this link. It might be a driver issue?
