effect of bug 1462664?

Title:
[Meizu MX4] In first run, a GPS app is not asking about location
Status in the base for Ubuntu mobile products:
Confirmed
Status in location-service package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
I'm not sure if this applies just Meizu or any device from OTA4.
The first you run a GPS application, it is not asking permission for the location (and it hasn't permission).
If you kill the app, the next times will not ask either.
You have to reboot the phone, then in the first new run, yes, it will ask for location.
Thanks in advance!
