[Bug 1377998] Re: [phone-app] can not put call on hold

Update: tried it again on krillin 15.10 (r253) and there is a popup
message telling me "Call holiding failure - failed to place the active
call on hold". I am not sure but does it mean my service provider
doesn't support placing calls on hold? Needs some investigating.

Title:
[phone-app] can not put call on hold

Status in Ubuntu UX bugs:
  Fix Committed
Status in dialer-app package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Build r215
  Steps to reproduce:

  1. create a call - call the krillin device
  2. try to put the active call on hold
  3. expected result - current call is placed on hold

  4. actual result - nothing happens

Desired solution: current call, whether single or conference call has
to be put on hold by tapping the icon in call controls

I can reproduce this every single time on my device with both SIM
cards inserted. I tried to call both SIMs and on both it is not
possible to put the accepted call on hold.
