  I had running:
  >  VirtualBox running Windows 7 open - and a Win7 app running an intense I/O file indexing process - within the image itself.
  > JetBrains IntelliJ running, but not doing any heavy processing.
  > Firefox, browsing some Angular.JS sites and videos
  > activity monitor

  I am unsure of any action I took that caused a crash.
