Bug description:
  Version: ubuntu-touch/stable/bq-aquaris.en r21 krillin
  Version: ubuntu-touch/stable/bq-aquaris.en r21 vegeta

  Steps to reproduce:
   * Open HERE app and ensure you location is detected
   * In my case I had a network based location, no GPS lock
   * Open the Camera app
   * Swipe up bottom edge
   * Click on location button
   * turn on location
   * close settings
   * take a photo
   * examine the photo e.g. on desktop using identify cmd from imagemagick package

  Expected result:
   - somewhere in the EXIF metadata a location is stored

  Actual result:
   - no apparent location information
