  reproduce steps:
  1.play a video by mediaplayer
  2.when start play from 0:00:00 the progress begin to move
  expect result：
  1.the progress bar should start from the very begining place when play from ：0:00:00
  actually result；
  the progress bar not start form the very begining place.
