[Bug 1468686] Re: screen not lock after 2 minutes not in use when set "sleep when idle"to 2 minutes

I can verify this on a Mako device:

$ system-image-cli -i
current build number: 242
device name: mako
channel: ubuntu-touch/devel-proposed/ubuntu
last update: 1969-12-31 18:19:45
version version: 242
version ubuntu: 20150701
version device: 20150529.1
version custom: 20150701

It takes a bit longer than 2m for the screen to lock. I tested by
running `sleep 2m` on my laptop just as I returned to the main screen on
my phone and stopped interacting with the screen. It felt like it was
about 15 seconds too late before the screen locked. It sounds like Relly
sees an even longer delay before the screen locks.
