Bug description:
  Binary package hint: update-manager

  In the System -> Preferences and System -> Administration menus,
  there's no need to repeat terms as 'options', 'preferences',
  'manager', etc. for each config tool. For consistency with most GNOME
  tools, we should only use as label the part of the system/desktop that
  the tool will deal with. This way, we can explain better what the
  tools do.

  Examples of right labels: "Appearance" - "Screensaver" - "Shared
  Folders" - "Software Sources"

  
  We should correct:
  - "Updates manager" -> "Updates" or "Software updates" or "System updates"...
  - "Restricted manager" -> "Restricted hardware" or "Restricted drivers" or "Non-free hardware"...
  - "Keyring manager" -> "Keyrings" or "Passwords keyrings"...
  - "Bluetooth preferences" -> "Bluetooth"...
  - "SCIM Input Method Setup" -> "SCIM Input Method" or better explained...
  - "Indexing Preferences" (Tracker) -> "Indexing" or "Files indexing" or "Desktop search"...
  - "Encryption Preferences" -> "Encryption" or anything...
  - "Power manager" -> "Power" is a little short, maybe "Power management", "Power and standby"...

  Others can be left as they are (but we maystill  find better):
  - "Network tools" (because it's not the "Network" administration item, meant to configure settings)
  - "System logs viewer" (same idea, only to see them)
  - "System monitor" (idem)
  - "Synaptic package manager" (a well-known app, one of the ways to manage packages)
