This behaviour is also present in today scope... Unity 8 need a way to
refresh a view on the fly and only refresh what is needed.

Current behaviour is 90's friendly...

Bug description:
  After installing, uninstalling or updating an app, all the app icons
  disappear for a second or two. That's annoying and makes me feel like
  the phone is broken/slow/unresponsive. I believe there are other ways
  to indicate refresh without disappearing icons.
