  the copy frame can not copy the correctly scope when copy  from
  webbrowser page

  reproduce steps:
  1.launch webbrowser app
  2. Go to planet.ubuntu.com 
  3. Long tap in the text and move the copy frame to select various paragraphs. 
  expect result:
  1.the copy frame select the correct scope what you want selected.
  actually result:
  1.the copy frame jump to other place when you slide the copy frame.the select scope is not what you want.
