[Bug 1473485] Re: [MIR] python-contextlib2

 

This seems like a minor thing to backport, but alright.  Let's just get
OpenStack on python3!  :)

Has tests, in sync, super tiny, etc.  Not a problem package.  But it
still needs a proper team bug subscriber!
