Bug description:
  I created a calendar event for April 24 at 1:35 PM, with a reminder
  the day before. This is the
  ~/.local/share/evolution/calendar/system/calendar.ics file that was
  created, note the X-LIC-ERROR.

  Tested with calendar-app 0.4.600 on krillin rtm r263.
