  "Unknown number" not translated

Status in dialer-app package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  Test case.
  - Flash the phone.
  - Switch to Spanish.
  - Reboot.
  - Receive and accept a call from a hidden number.

  Expected result.
  - "Unknown number" is displayed in Spanish.

  Actual result.
  - "Unknown number" is displayed in English.

  The string is available in dialer-app.mo. This happened when receiving
  the call from Telegram for the signup code.
