As far as I can tell, the fields react on touch instead of release. They
should only react to a tap on release, otherwise scrolling will always
be unreliable.

  Difficult to scroll content during editing

Bug description:
  It seems that input fields take over all touch input, so it's very
  difficult to scroll content when editing, as whenever you start the
  swipe on a text entry fields it, the view won't scroll.
