[Bug 1474311] [NEW] There's no "nickname" or "display name" fields available

Public bug reported:

In vCard there's support for all kinds of names: family, given, middle,
nickname, but also a separate "formatted name". There should be a
priority list for which of those would be displayed when available, and
a config option to change the preference between at least "given family"
and "nickname" (separate pref for "family, given", bug #1439140).

At the moment in the contacts list, I can see the formatted name (as
synced from a remote address book), but when I open the contact, family
and given names are displayed in the header - and I can't edit the
formatted name.

When searching, only the display name is used there's no way to search
by other properties (bug #1474308).

Looking at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VCard, structured name (N) is
required in all but v4.0, where formatted name (FN) is required in
v3.0+, it seems that the locale/preference-aware formatting would have
to happen when editing, and stored in FN.

Organization name should be a fallback, too, if no structured or
nickname is given - for organization contacts with no obvious contact
person.
