  Contacts list for a large group can take the whole screen

Status in messaging-app package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Steps:
  * send a message to many (12+) contacts
  * tap on the group icon

  Expected:
  * the list of contacts does not cover the whole screen
  * the list can be scrolled

  Current:
  * list covers the whole screen, you can only close it by tapping on the 1-gu margin on either side
  * list can't be scrolled
