Title:
Can't add a + to the beginning of the number

Status in Canonical System Image:
  In Progress
Status in dialer-app package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
When being abroad it sometimes happens that I have to add the country
code to a number because the entry in the address book was saved
without it. There's a small bug tho:

Select a number from the address book so that it opens in dialer app.
Move the cursor to the leftmost position, longpress 0 (+) and see it
being attached at the right of the number instead of the left.
