[Bug 1416044] [NEW] Too many steps required to rotate a picture to the right way

Tester frustrated with the number of steps needed to rotate a picture. Here they are:
1. tap on the menu
2. select the rotate button
3. wait for the picture to roate.
4. repeate actions 1 to 3 until the picture rotated in the desired orientation

         Status: Confirmed
