[Bug 1078533] [NEW] remember tray position in organic event view

Right now, if you scroll way to the right of an event, then move the
view far down and back up, the event will lose its position, having been
re-created inside the ListView.  We may want to remember where each tray
was positioned so that when you scroll back to them they're still where
you left them.
