Steps to reproduce:

1) receive a long SMS (about 140 characters)
2) go to messaging menu and tap the item to expand.

It is impossible to read the entire message as there is a hardcoded 3
line count limit.

We've added in the latest specification for the notification system the
behaviour of the notification items in the messaging menu/notification
