Title:
  [Messaging Menu] Impossible to read whole sms in messaging-menu due to
  line count limit.

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce:

  1) receive a long SMS (about 140 characters)
  2) go to messaging menu and tap the item to expand.

  It is impossible to read the entire message as there is a hardcoded 3
  line count limit.

  We've added in the latest specification for the notification system
  the behaviour of the notification items in the messaging
