Bug description:
  As described in the MWC demo script:

    "... showcasing the tablet’s most important attributes:
    ...
    2. The Welcome screen is unique and requires explaining"

  While probably a great way to engage people at a trade show, it is
  also unfortunately true for other situations too.  The Welcome
  screen's features and usage are not immediately obvious or easily
  discoverable.  Could we include a basic overview of it in the welcome
  tour?
