  Extracting templates from packages during updating does not fully
  complete

Status in debconf package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  While trying to download the updates from my update manager it will
  complete the whole process only to have an error at the end. Every
  "extracting templates from packages" will be less than 100%, usually
  around 20 -50%
