  Perpetual installation loop when uninstalling app

Status in unity8 package in Ubuntu:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  After clicking on the "Cancel Purchase" or "Uninstall" button, the app
  starts downloading and installing again. Clicking on that button
  should uninstall instead.
