Title:
  ListItem can be dragged using right click

Status in ubuntu-ui-toolkit package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  staging branch, revision 1204

  How to reproduce:
  - Open UI toolkit gallery
  - go to New ListItems page
  - right click and drag on a list item that has trailing/leading actions

  Expected outcome:
  it should not move

  Actual outcome:
  the right-click contextual menu appears, but you can still keep dragging to access the side actions, and when you release, the actions don't animate to snapping position as intended
