  Closing the unity-scope-tool via SIGTERM leaves its scoperegistry
  processes behind

Status in unity8 package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The unity-scope-tool is not handling unix termination signals, and
  hence is not cleaning up its scoperegisry child process correctly.
