Title:
  Infographics Circle on welcome screen looses daily dots

Status in unity8 package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  STEPS:
  1. Install latest image on Arale
  2. Reboot
  3. Goto 2 at somepoint daily dots vanish

  EXPECTED:
  I expect the result to be that the welcome screen always displays the Circle of dots.

  ACTUAL:
  1 in 3 reboots leads to the lose of dots the app still works just no dots.

  Seems limited to arale so far will update if I see it on krillin.

  MODIFICATIONS:
  Upgraded via switch from image 2 on rc to image 5 on 14.09-factory-proposed as a final test for fix for OTA5.
