[Bug 1477214] Re: Cannot ignore call without declining it

Yes that works - thanks. I wonder if there's anything that can be done
to make it more discoverable? That said, I think I discovered the volume
down thing on Android by accident, so this is no worse.

Bug description:
On Aquaris 4.5 image 24, I cannot ignore (silence) a call without
rejecting it. I expect to be able to silence the call using the volume
down rocker as is common on other phones, but instead it just reduces
  the ringer volume.

Use case 1: I'm speaking on my desk phone, and my mobile rings loudly.
I want to silence it briefly so I can finish the call on my desk phone
politely before I answer the mobile, so I don't want to reject the
  mobile but keep it ringing.

Use case 2: some people might want to be able to pretend they aren't
there, rather than reject a call, and so might want to silence the
phone for a single incoming call without rejecting it to prevent noise
  annoyance.

Use case 3: you're in a confidential meeting in a board room when you
get an urgent call. You want to silence the phone so as not to disturb
the meeting while you leave so you can answer the call outside, but
cannot answer the phone inside the room for confidentiality reasons.
