Bug description:
  HARDWARE=manta
  JENKINS_BUILD=125

  Steps to reproduce:
  - Open facebook webapp
  - Close facebook webapp
  - Playback a video

  Expected result:
  - Video seen without artifacts

  Actual result:
  - Artifacts from sidestage frames (as seen in the attached screenshot)
