Title:
  Installing System Update not working when locking the screen

Status in system-image package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  When I install a new System Upgrade and the phone goes to idle mode,
  in some instances it gets stuck. (e.g. 15.04R29->r30)

  When I unlock the phone, the system is still installing after hours.
