  Automatic space should be trimmed on commit

Bug description:
  Steps:
  * start typing a word (e.g. "Somet")
  * tap on the completed word (e.g. "Something")
  * unfocus the app (or send the message)

  Expected:
  * the committed text is "Something"

  Current:
  * the committed text is "Something ", including the trailing space
