[Bug 1476460] Re: Progress bar is truncated for fullscreen videos on vimeo
This looks like a bug on vimeo’s end, really. But I added an oxide task,
just in case.

Steps:
1.go to video scope
2.scroll down and go to Vimeo Features
3.choose one video morn than 1 minute and 30 seconds
4.play this video in portrait mode and look at the process bar
Expectation:
After step 4#,the process bar will show the exact time and state of the video
Actual results:
After step 4#, the process bar goes smoothly as the video is playing ,but the bar just can display the length less than 1 minute and 30 seconds in portrait mode
Note:
The landscape mode can display the length no more than 3 minutes
