For me when I tap on send I get the following popover dialog, when I
select a sim it uses that one to send the message.

  "No SIM card selected" blocks SMS reply

Status in messaging-app package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Found myself unable to reply to SMS over the weekend, on krillin, r76.

  TEST CASE
  1. Receive SMS
  2. Compose reply
  3. Tap paper airplane icon to send

  EXPECTED
  SMS reply sends

  ACTUAL
  Modal opens: "No SIM card selected, You need to select a SIM card", but no option to select a SIM card appears in messaging app.
