  Reproduce Steps :
  1,Create multiple tab on surf the internet on Browser 
  2,Switch on the multiple tab
  3,Check the screen effect 

  Expect Result:
  It's can switch tab normal and no Splash screen 

  Actual Result:
  Splash screen when you switch tab in Browser
