[Bug 1478918] [NEW] Trackpad problems increments vertical offset aprox 20px

#Problem with trackpad, it is incrementing vertically every second with a fixed offset (aprox 20px)

#Unknown what dispatches it

#Unkonw clearly how to stop it, the only i do and can or not stop it, is alternate pressing/releasing the key in keyboard that disables touchpad and move my finger irrationally on the touchpad, sometimes works others not, but in less than 3min it stops (but is a pain)
#Other way to stop it, is restart
