There is only one month name field in the locale definition files, and
you can't distinguish between a standalone month name and a month name
in a date string context.
Did you consider my abbreviation suggestion?

Okay. Are you suggesting that weekday and month names are stated with
first uppercase letters in the Polish locale, then, as is the case in
e.g. Enlish and German? Please note that such a change would be
effective globally whenever weekday and month names are fetched from the
locale.

The calendar months are not correctly translated. Months should be in
the genitive.
Styczeń -> stycznia
Luty -> lutego
Marzec -> marca
Kwiecień -> kwietnia
Maj -> maja
Czerwiec -> czerwca
Lipiec -> lipca
Sierpień -> sierpnia
Wrzesień -> września
Październik -> października
Listopad -> listopada
Grudzień -> grudnia
