- Reproduce Steps :
- 1,Create multiple tab on surf the internet on Browser 
- 2,Switch on the multiple tab
- 3,Check the screen effect 
+ Switching between open tabs results in a jerky animation (observable
+ both on arale and krillin, although it’s slightly worse on arale).
  
- Expect Result:
- It's can switch tab normal and no Splash screen 
+ Steps to reproduce:
+  - Ensure you have several tabs open in the browser
+  - swipe from the bottom edge to open the tabs view, and tap the second tab
  
- Actual Result:
- Splash screen when you switch tab in Browser
+ Expected result: the second tab is brought to focus with a smooth
+ animation.
+ 
+ Current result: the beginning of the animation is smooth but towards the
+ end it starts stuttering.
+ 
+ The issue is with the transition from the image capture to the live
+ webview.
+ 
+ (motion) pictures are better than a thousand words, check the video
+ attached in comment #4 as an illustration of the problem.
