[Bug 1479544] [NEW] /usr/bin/autopilot3 list --suites requires a suite name.

Public bug reported:

To reproduce on vivid install python3-autopilot and run autopilot3 list
--suites to try and list suites and it requires a suite name to list the
suite. The problem is for this command to do anything before I run this
command I need to know what the suite is called to list the suite name
which I cannot really see this as a not really useful option if you are
new to autopilot and want to know what test suites you have.

python3-autopilot:
  Installed: 1.5.1+15.04.20150522-0ubuntu1
  Candidate: 1.5.1+15.04.20150522-0ubuntu1

Description:	Ubuntu 15.04

I expected autopilot list --suites to list test suites instead it requires a test name. As this is the case.
