Bug description:
  Using the code from this branch https://code.launchpad.net/~kalikiana/ubuntu-ui-toolkit/interactiveThumb/+merge/218307
  which is practically being merged into trunk now.

  The scrollbars are too thin and too transparent. They blend with the
  background and with the content, and are too hard to see to be useful
  for anything.

  Please make them more noticeable.
