[Bug 1292700] Re: [Scopes] No indication that searches are local only

** Description changed:

  1) root@ubuntu-phablet:/# lsb_release -rd
  Description: Ubuntu Trusty Tahr (development branch)
  Release:        14.04

  2) root@ubuntu-phablet:/# dpkg -l unity-scope-click
  Desired=Unknown/Install/Remove/Purge/Hold
  | Status=Not/Inst/Conf-files/Unpacked/halF-conf/Half-inst/trig-aWait/Trig-pend
  |/ Err?=(none)/Reinst-required (Status,Err: uppercase=bad)
  ||/ Name           Version      Architecture Description
  +++-==============-============-============-=================================
  ii unity-scope-cl 0.1+14.04.20 armhf Click Packages Scope for Unity

  3) When searching on the Applications scope I would have expected to get
  an indication that the search is only local. It took too many people a
  too long time to figure out that this was the reason that no search
  results from ubuntu one on the net was shown

  4) We were playing guessing games what could be wrong ;D

  Solution
  --------
  Latest spec covers offline use case (https://sites.google.com/a/canonical.com/unity8dash/toolkit/10-content-loading)
+
+
+ ------UX comment------ Updated description (3/08/15)
+
+ 1- Indication of search is only local:
+
+ As part of the Touch Navigation Update project that is ongoing, scopes
+ will be treated as apps; therefore, the search function won't be global.
+ Each scope will have it's own search history and results will be
+ displayed as it follows:
+
+ a. Scopes with only local content will only display locally stored results (eg. Apps/Catalogue scope)
+ b. Scopes with online and local content will display both locally stored and external results (eg. Music scope)
+ c. Scopes with only online content will display external results (eg. News scope)
+ *Grouping search results by category (eg: ubuntu store, local, web...) will be taken into consideration when designing Scope filters.
+ ** The serch function cannot be 'set to search locally' or 'set to search globally' therefore there's not need for indicating this at a UI level.
+
+ 2. Offline states:
+
+ Latest spec covers offline use case
+ (https://sites.google.com/a/canonical.com/unity8dash/toolkit/10-content-
+ loading). Also, there's an ongoing project to update the scope toolkit
+ and this will be consider.
