[Bug 1391560] Re: [themes] [design] Develop a strategy to keep fonts readable wherever we allow the user setting his own background image
The design direction was to avoid use of drop shadows on text, and use
the dark overlay between the image and text instead

Bug description:
As discussed with Olga, we need to develop a strategy on keeping the
fonts readable when we allow the user to change the background. This
is currently the case on the Greeter and the Lockscreens.
