- Recommended solution:
- Have 2 separate events
- 1) Tap and Release (not just tap) to change the value in the slider
- 2) Tap and Drag (Y axis) to keep dragging the flickable

UX Solution:
This behaviour should not occur. One potential way of fixing this is
