[Bug 1375933] Re: [address-book] Middle name is not included in contact display name

  When importing contacts from google, if a middle name is present, it is
  not displayed in the address book.
  
  Example to reproduce:
  Create a google contact named as such
   First: Josh
   Middle: Apartment
   Last: Gate
  
  Receive a call from aforementioned contact, or look in the address book, and the name is displayed as
  "Josh Gate"
