1. Launch dialer-app
2. Input number a Chinese phone number, e.g. 18812345678, and dial
3. End the call
4. Review in call history
=>
The number is displayed as (881) 234-5678
Expected:
1) number should be complete whithout missing the leading "1"
2) format should be like 188-1234-5678, or just 18812345678
