Title:
  [Dash] Icon position is inconsistent on the scopes

Status in Ubuntu UX:

Status in unity8 package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Go to the dash, swiping scopes.

  In the Music scope I can see the search icon, the settings icon and
  the favourites icon. When I swipe to the next scope: my music scope,
  the search icon is in a different position.

  I was expecting to see the icons in the same position.
