[Bug 1475852] Re: Error message "/var/lib/dpkg/info/systemd.postinst: 120: /var/lib/dpkg/info/systemd.postinst: cannot open /run/systemd/was-enabled: No such file" on configuring
I have also seen the bug while installing binutils-dev or liiberty-dev in Ubuntu 15.04, with systemd 219.

I'm using Ubuntu 15.10 dev with systemd 222-2ubuntu1 and on
configuring systemd I'm getting this:
root@ubuntu:~# dpkg-reconfigure systemd
/var/lib/dpkg/info/systemd.postinst: 120: /var/lib/dpkg/info/systemd.postinst: cannot open /run/systemd/was-enabled: No such file
