  gallery app opens empty

Status in gallery-app package in Ubuntu:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  Test case.
  - Flash the phone with latest image.
  - Open the gallery app.

  Expected result.
  - Gallery app opens and shows title, menus, etc.

  Actual result.
  - No UI is presented.
