[Bug 1320788] Re: [dialer] USSD code result shows useless Cancel button

Bug description updated and UX resolution provided, marking as Fix
Committed.

** Description changed:

  Hi there,

This is on T-Mobile with devel build #28.

When running USSD code #225# to get the account balance, I get a nice
popup with the resulting text from T-Mobile, but it has both Ok and
Cancel buttons which do the same thing. The Cancel button should be
  removed.

  Cheers,

+ There is a new design for the snap decision, which allows a one button
+ approach. This would mean that once that is in place the snap decision
+ for displaying any USSD info can have only an OK button.
