Title:
Rotation in between 180 degrees and normal cause black screen

Bug description:
Rotating display in system settings will cause desktop goes blank/black screen.
Only happen when switch from normal to 180 degrees or reverse way.
Steps to reproduce:
1. open system settings go to displays
2. in rotation select 180 degrees then hit apply
Expected result:
Screen rotated to 180 degrees normally
Actual result:
Desktop goes dark and only mouse cursor show up.
Workaround:
Switching in between VT and X can easily bring back the desktop.
